Crazy Weekend

This weekend was ridiculously busy but fun. Charlie won poker and Phil came back home and he rode in a 50K bike race. I was very proud of him and had fun being the sag wagon. Herschel has pics on his blog.
Brent packed up to move to New Orleans. So we took him out for his last night as an Athens resident. We watched the Twilight race, which was a great race, and drank to Brent. It turned out to be a really fun night.
The next morning we went to JJ and sold some "S" and then had brunch at the Grit with Brent and his folks. I was a little emotional on the ride home for a couple of reasons but it was a happy emotional.



All in all it was a nice way to send Brent off. Now we can go visit him in Nola. Even though we are really going to miss you were happy for you Brent.

It Is DONE!!!

Charlie and I went to the Tour De Georgia Friday. It amazes me that cyclist climb this mountain at unbelievable speeds. Saturday's garage sell went well. Not a great turn out but we sold a bunch of stuff.

The Rock Wall is done!!!!! It looks great better than I thought it would. Phase one of make our backyard look good is complete.

WHO WANTS A CLEAN HOUSE

We are having a garage sale this Saturday so if you know where we live come on by and take our stuff home. Because you know we have fabulous stuff. If you want to sell something bring it over Friday. If you just want to drive by to point and laugh a rubber chicken may be thrown at you.
